Clarification of requirements
In a joint discussion, we clarify exactly what the candidate’s profile should look like and which previous experience and skills are the strongest indicators that the talent will be successful with you.
We then filter for people who are likely to meet these requirements and get to work finding the right ones. We also create candidate pools during this phase.

Recruiting & Interview
The active part of recruiting involves approaching candidates.
We approach the candidates on platforms and lead the dialog up to the first meeting & interview.
We conduct a short but informative interview with the candidate and record it.
These recordings serve as a basis for decision-making in the further process.

Hiring & Onboarding
Based on the data collected by our team, we then filter out the best candidates for the client.
The candidates are then interviewed directly by the client and go through the normal application process.
The offer is signed by the candidate and voilà: a new top performer enriches your company.

About me
I am Mateo Freudenthal,
founder and managing director of TALENTSOURCE 29 GmbH.
I'm originally from Bolivia, but I've been living in Germany since my university days. I studied industrial engineering in Karlsruhe until 2011, and from then until last year I was Managing Director of the HR tech company Honestly. There, we helped companies build outstanding corporate cultures through smart employee surveys.
Recruiting has always been the part I enjoyed most, because it's the single most important thing in any company.
That’s why I now offer it as a service.
I bring the processes I've learned — and the right questions to ask — to help hire the best candidates we can find.
